    Default Just finished lap quilt

I was given this fabric, which I think is ugly so I cut it up to make a lap size kalidascope quilt. There was enough of the original fabric to put on the back. This is my first using this pattern. It will be a gift to someone!!

Looks good! Is the second pic the same fabric? What a difference the pattern made, you don't even recognize the fabric.

I don't much like kaliedescopes, but I really like that one. It looks more like the images in children's toys and I really like it with the black spacers. What a great save on your ugly fabric!

Love it! Isn't it great how a kaleidoscope pattern or OBW can take a strange fabric into something wonderful?

Good job of turning a fabric you thought ugly into a beauty of a quilt. May in Jersey
