Well here it is. This was my first experience with a sewing machine and my first attempt at a quilt. The further I got the better it went. When I finished the 6 blocks there was such a big difference between the first block and the last that I wasn't sure it would go together. At that point I decided I would do whatever I had to to finish it. So I trimmed the blocks to match the smallest one and went ahead. I think it came out pretty good.

Thank you all it is going to be for my brother baby boy that is due any day now. Hoping I can finish it before the baby comes!!

for your first time It looks great. Its a lot of fun. Your brother will love it!!!! So will the baby. It's perfect for a boy.

Wow great job for a first quilt very brave of you. I only did 2 1/2 inch squares with centre 4 patch for my first one. looking forward to seeing your next 12 quilts
