    just finished quilt top...

This is a picture of the quilt top I just finished....if I manage to attach it, that is. This is a modified Warm Wishes pattern. It is for my sister-in-law who selected the pattern and the fabric. I think she picked fabric better than I do!! I hope she likes it, as I sure do. She lives in Kansas and I am in Texas, but I will mail it to her when I finish it.

The quilt inspector in the front of the quilt is one of my two helpers. I can't seem to quilt without just a bit of help.

She did indeed do a good job of picking fabric. Looks lovely together! She'll adore it.
May your stitches always be straight, your seams always lie flat, and your grain never be biased against you.

that's beautiful! and are you sure that's your cat as one of mine looks a lot like yours
It's not a mistake, it's an unconscious decision to change the pattern.

It's lovely, nice colours and great pattern. Wish I had a sister-in-law like you !!! I'm sure she'll love it. Make sure you put insurance on that parcel when you mail it, wouldn't want it to go missing.

Thanks for the compliments. I like this enough I might have to make one for myself. My sister is going to quilt it on her long arm, so it will look better than mine usually do, as I am sort of queen of SID.
