This is the top for the last of my children's quilts (9th). Now I just need to sandwich it and get it quilted on my Jamome.

The pattern is called "Thinking outside the box" It is basically made with log cabin blocks. The way it is put together and the number of stripes is what makes it unique. It can be purchased here for $11.95 or you can figure it out and make it without a pattern. http://www.ericas.com/quilting/patterns/misc.htm
I used seven strips, 2 inches wide each. They make 10" blocks. 10 on each side makes a 100"x100" quilt.

What an elegant quilt. Your son will always think of you when he bundles up with it. I love the design and thank you for your measurements. I am putting it on my wish list for some day. What were your fabric amounts for each layer? Thanks for sharing.
