Kaffe Fassett "S-Block" quilt in blue colorway

I bought this bag of fabric strips from a quilt fair in 2006, made the blocks right away, then they just sat around for years. Finally got the top pieced about a week or two ago, and stippled it this morning just to get 'er done. Who knows when I'll get to the binding, so technically it's still a UFO, but it has been advanced some ;-)

I love the colors. Great quilt to have on hand for a "quilt worthy" friend or relative that you need a gift in a hurry for.

What beautiful fabrics! I'm very envious.
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.

Okay, okay, yes, ladies. I made and attached the binding today while I still had some of the dark fabric readily available, so I probably WILL get 'er done for real by the end of the month. I only quilted the top today so I could free the frame for a gift quilt that is needed soon. Thanks for the nudges ;-)

I'm lovin' this beauty! I love Kaffe Fasset fabrics, tho I don't have any. This is a great pattern, too! I'd never heard of it before now (yes, as a matter of fact... I DO love under a rock... LOL) but I love it!
