    Default Kauai Garden
    My daughter and her husband went to Kauai for their 15th anniversary. She loves flowers, so I decided to make her a quilt using various Hawaiian flower fabrics. The colors are a lot brighter than they look in the picture. It took me two years to finish but it's finally done! The pattern is called "Slide Show" by Atkinson Designs, but I tweaked it to make the flower blocks bigger. Thank you for looking!

    Wow, really beautiful. The black background in the fabrics really makes the flowers pop.
