What a great tip. I could also use these for my crocheting. Wish I was going with DH tom. He will be near the HB. Maybe hew will get them for me since they are on sale. Hmmm...

MamaBear ... if you find them here in the great white north, please let me know ... if a huge quantity, I'll split them with you, or will buy my own. thanks!

I did a little online searching this afternoon, but have not come up with them anywhere yet. I was wondering about Michael's but they weren't showing up on their website. I will keep you posted and send you a note if I find a source. Looks like there would be lots for us to share.
Thanks!
I was thinking Michael's too and will check if I'm near one. Also, are there Lewiscraft stores still? Maybe good old Zellers? Dollar Store? ToysRus? Lens?
And I'll keep you in mind too, if I find any!

Sad news:-( I just went to my local JoAnn's and they said they'd never seen them. I was very disappointed because I was going to buy some for me and some for several friends. I guess I'm going online to hunt for them.

I found them online! Quilting-warehouse.com has them for $2.49 a package.
