    What a darling quilt. I love your colors and design. That it is a surprise makes it even more special. Would love to see a picture of the quilt with the little girl. I love that her name is right there at the top. Thanks for sharing.

    Knowing that rick rack shrinks, I wash it and any zippers that I am going to use and dry in the dryer. Yes, they do have to be pressed, but there is no shrinkage afterwards.

    That is truly a girly girl quilt. I can just see the auburn hair and freckles peeking out of the top of that quilt.

    The quilt is wonderful! You did a great job on it and it will be loved, I'm sure! The colors are so pretty and so are the appliques! Having her name on it would please any little girl!
