Was the nylon slippery to sew on? I would love to make each of my grandsons (2) one.

Your's looks so professional and I love the green!!!!

No, I was very surprised that the nylon was not slippery to sew on. It was $6.99/yd at JoAnn's. I did find the high loft batting took up more room than I planned so we lost some length.
