I still have a long way to go too. There are still things that I don't do well and new techniques I have yet to try... Don't judge your work based on what you see out there, it can be distracting. I used to do that. It made me afraid to try new things. :/

Oh my gosh, that is breathtaking. Great job.
I understand how you feel about being ready to work on something else. I'm getting this way now, too, so I think about that before I start something that's going to take a long time to finish. This was worth all the work though.

I think this quilt is definitely special, and my sister would love it, she is mad on dragonflies.

SO Beautiful!!! And so realistic. You've captured the Koi colors so well some look like ours! Was this a pattern or did you create this on your own?
