Hi, I just introduced myself as a new member and thought I would give it a try at posting a picture.
As I said in my intro my project for last year was making each of my adult cousins a "lap quilt" and I didn't take a picture of any of them till the last one...lol. So hopfully here is the picture.

blues, yellows and gold

So pretty, Shirley!
Blue and yellow is just one of my all
time favorite color combinations.
How many cousins do you have?
You have certainly been busy to
make them all a lap quilt!

Hi Joan, I have 6 cousins. besides the one in the picture, I made a pinwheel in shades of red mixed with tonal whites, a mauve, pink and rose colored fense rail, red, white and black turning twenty, a homespun raggedy quilt (I hand quilted that one) and a turning twenty with cat print and cat paw print material and I hand quilted that one too. The others I had a lady machine quilt. I can't seem to master managing all that material on a regular sewing machine yet

I have to get use to all of the terms..lol
QAYG is that quilt as you go?
If so ... no this one was machine quilted in a meandering pattern.
