When we had our quilt show here in Quitman,Tx. in the spring , Dr. Locke and his wife were here with this quilt and it is truly amazing. He has only done one other quilt and it was a portrait of he and his wife which looked just like them it was done in the small squares also. I ask Mrs. Locke if he had any plans for future quilts and she said she didn't think so,at this time. They are really nice people. It was on display at our LQS Stitchen Heaven.

Dr. Locke is a retired dentist. Our quilt guild brought "The Last Supper" to Hattiesburg, Mississippi, a few years back. He did a lecture and told how he made it. It is amazing.

If you ever have the opportunity, you should go see it.

This is truly an amazing quilt. I saw it when Dr. Locke was at the Washington Parish Fair (Franklinton, La) last October with his quilt. He is a delightful person to meet. He pieced this quilt on a featherweight. Absolutely see it if you get a chance.
