What fun! I have a piece of that fox fabric on my ironing board right now, was going to cut off a piece for the juvenile top I'm working on... then I realized they are wearing glasses and I've been thinking about a quilt for my eye doctor and I'm thinking I should save enough of it for that.

Haven't really even gotten to the planning stages but my doc wears funky bow ties so I was going to make a funky bow tie quilt, probably the 3D variation. Should go look and make sure I keep a piece large enough.

It's so funny how these coincidences work, I mean, I just washed that piece of fabric yesterday!

Great quilt, and adorable fabric! It will be a comfort to some child. So generous of you.

Is this the nine patch that you trim off strips from the four sides and rotate with just a bit of trimming on the longest two strips? Turned out great!
