Here is the pattern that we drew out. There are 25 blocks and the measurements are written on each block. It finished at 30"x36", but you could add/subtract blocks or change the block sizes to make it smaller or larger. (or could add more sections) I have put bold lines around the sections, hope that helps.

Love the vintage sheets. I bet the quilt is very soft to touch. I love to use sheets on the back of quilts because they feel so amazing on your skin. Most have higher thread counts than quilting fabric, too, so they will last and last.
