Delbra yes it is. Each month she gives us a block, if you join which is $4.99 a month, if you order the first week of the month and after that you pay $9.99 and does a tutorial on it. Then the following Monday she does a tutorial on the quilting. After we get the 12 blocks done she will show us how to put it together.
