At my April guild mtg they were teaching paper piecing. I know how and have done it in the past. But, I planned to do the project since I had nothing else planned at the moment. My machine was not working in my favor so I took the papers home to work on. Here is the result and I remember why is don’t like PP. all that paper to remove 😣

Nice! I may do a left runner or quilt but I’m not paper piecing. I tried doing it before and although it came out good, it’s not something I enjoyed. I just like to try different things just to see if I can. I could but not my favorite way to piece. You did well. I may May some holiday runners for gifts but right now I have a quilt to make from piecing to finishing quilting. It has to be made by the 19th bc that’s Lia’s birthday, our foreign exchange student ‘grandchild’ from Switzerland. My youngest daughter is her host parent and my son-in-law wanted me to make her a quilt. He said he would pay the extra weight when she flies home June 4th. So…I’m pulling out all my purples and greens bc Lia likes purple.

Very nice! Removing the papers is my least favorite part. I have used Dave Sirota's method so you don't have paper to remove but it doesn't work for all patterns. I usually remove papers while I'm watching tv.
