Adorable quilt. Your friend should love it. May I ask what the pattern is please?

As adorable as the quilt is, I love your Lucy even more. She looks like a scaled down version of my late dog Stitches (see my Avatar).

SouthPStitches, the pattern is Let It Snow by designer VickiNeilson. Took it from a Fons & Porter Love of Quilting magazine dated Nov/Dec 2007. Lucy is our second Lhasa Apso. Our first one was a male who lived to 15 yrs of age until we had to put him down. Waited 2 yrs before considered getting another one. Lucy was 7 months old when we go her. Her owners could no longer keep her. She is almost 4 yrs old and finally getting to where she obeys. LOL

Thanks Alva. I'm going to check out the pattern and put it on my bucket list. My Stitches definitely had Lhasa in him. He was a medium size boy, very muscular, built low to the ground but nicely proportioned. He was 40 lbs. at the prime of his life. We got him from our Vet, who was looking for a home for him. He was 1 1/2, came fully trained and nicely mannered. The most intelligent and gentle little man. We had him two weeks shy of his 18th birthday when we had to put him down. More than 2 years later, we still haven't gotten another dog and it is doubtful we ever will. We get just too attached and the end of life issues are horrendous.
