Life of the Honey Bee Quilt
I just finished my first pieced quilt, my second quilt over all. The first one I posted pictures of in the machine embroidery section because it was mostly done on my embroidery machine.
The quilt is a queen sized, with 80/20 cotton/poly batting and fireside fleece for the backing and was sewn and quilted on my Janome 9400. The quilting is a combination of straight line quilting with the accufeed foot (yellow border), decorative quilt stitch #20 (grey borders), some stitch in the ditch between borders, and free motion quilting every where else. I'm pretty happy with it over all. It came out a lot yellower than I anticipated but I learned a lot doing this quilt and I'm looking forward to my next one.
Thank you for looking.
