These are so gorgeous! Just stunning. I don't know which one I would prefer. I think your daughter's mother-in-law is going to be thrilled to pieces to receive hers.

I bow down to you. The sheer amount of work your quilts represent is overwhelming - I've had an OBW UFO for almost 2 years now simply because I can't face sewing all of those pieces together. Love both of your quilts, but the paler once speaks to me. Thanks for posting these inspirations.
