Linda sent me her darling quilt for LAQ.
She liked the idea of a feather in the yellow bodrer.....and in the GFG flowers I wanted to quilts flower designs in them and I wanted them to be different creating a garden feel. I stippled in all of the background areas to make everything else "POP" out.
I love this quilt what a perfect wall-hanging for a sewing room!
I used Hobbs polydown batting.
I quilted this on my 26 Innova, long arm. NO pantograph or computer quilting...all freehand.
Thanks for looking.

Omg, that's super! Love the different flowers, tree quilted into the stippled background, and the perfectly fitted feathers! It's a great top, with the appliqué added especially, then your quilting adds sobmuch interest and dimension.

I remember when Linda first posted this top! You did a wonderful job on it Charismah! I especially like all the different flower motifs. It gives such interest to that part of the quilt and makes the back look like a field of flowers just as much as the front!
