Default linen quilt for a wedding gift

My daughter in law likes gray for her home decor. I found a gray linen floral. I planned to make a more complicated block, but in the end I decided the cabbage roses in the print on the linen deserve to be as whole as possible. I found a gray linen solid and alternated the blocks, and put them on point. It is very simple, but in the end satisfying. My son and his bride like the result.

nicely done [perhaps matching pillowcases/shams for a holiday gift?]

Very pretty, soft quilt. I can see why they like it. Thanks for the picture.

Really beautiful! It's very restful looking. I've noticed how popular grey is and I like it.
