I will do a tutorial on the flowers. I could probably just tell you, but pictures always help. I'll post a message when I get it ready.

It turned out to be the perfect hand sewing project for the 2 weeks I stayed with my sister after her knee surgery. It was nice to have something to keep my hands busy as we sat together. I did applique the bottom leaves onto the fabric square at her house. I had them ironed on so they just needed stitching. The flower sorta "grew" as I worked on it. The Yo-Yo centers and the buttons were part of the growing.
