Little organizer done with embroidery machine.

Hi everyone, I haven't posted much lately,so today I thought I'd share one of my latest projects done with my embroidery machine. My machine is a Janome350E, this project stitches out very fast, only 5 minutes for each part. There are 37 pieces to this project. I also added pictures of my fabric choice. At first I thought I'd never get it done, on account the trimming is what took the longest. I guess you would call this little project applique in the hoop. I hope you like my little organizer and also here is the site if anyone is interested in trying this out. www.stitchdelight.com and number file is sd711 little organizer. 4x4 size. Thanks for looking

oops, I almost forgot, I also added some embroidery on the inside, it's a little bird and thimble and butterfly and scissors, these two patterns are from www.pixiesrule.org

HI JuneBillie, yes it is all connected. After everything is around all pieces and all the wss is rinsed off. (wss water soluble stabizer) Then you sew the back panel together with a zig zag, you zig zag the bottom of tray to the sides, but when you lift the sides up, it's much too tiny to sew together. So that's when I used a strong fabric glue to close the wall on the trays. After it has dried, then I use my fabric glue once again and glue the trays to the back panels. After it's all dry, close, and put lid on top. It was super fun to make.

What a great organizer! You did an excellent job on it. Those would make really nice gifts if they weren't too hard to do. You could make one now and then and have lots of gifts for birthdays etc.

I couldn't find your organizer on the site. Lots of gift boxes, but no organizer.
