We cruise a lot to maybe I'll take some hand stuff along . DH says no to bringing machine !!

No mamma, you misunderstood her, I am sure she said she made it for me. lol
That is just beautiful. I love Log Cabin and Star quilts. I don't think I could ever do something like that by hand sewing, I had to sew anything by hand. Great way to pass the time on a cruise, especially if you are on it for such a long time. I would be tempted to take a Featherweight along with me to sew.

Log cabins are such a nice quilt and love that you added the flowers. A very nice touch and seems like an original.
