I've been collecting florals to do this quilt with but I didn't realize that you are to use light tone on tone fabrics. I've purchased assorted light and dark florals. Will that work or do I need to get a bunch of the tone on tones? Your quilt is gorgeous!!

I think you need a more neutral fabrics for the other side. You could make a couple of blocks with the dark and light florals to see how it looks. Putting the blocks together was the hardest for me to get this pattern. I was running out of floor space.

Very pretty Log Cabin. Like your idea of a scrappy flower garden with the pattern. Love those scrappys. Great job and thanks for sharing.
