What a happy quilt. Be sure to show us when you finish with borders.

It looks good so far. Yes a bigger quilt is intimidting to quilt the first time you do it. But don't put it off, it is much too pretty to become a UFO

Looking good, and don't be scared, after it's done you will be so pleased with it.

Oh, your quilt is beautiful! Love the colors, and that is a beautiful pattern. I want to make one of those one day in jewel tones or brights. I love my bright colors!

thank you! yes, I think that's why it was so daunting. I had to make sure all the measurements were spot on when sewing those or the square would be too big and I'd lose my points and have to start over. When the kids are older and I have more time and attention span I will do a quilt with that square. it was really fun but just too time consuming right now.

thank you! my 3 year old picked those out at hancocks and they turned out to be $3 a yard on sale! that was great for batiks. I got enough of the red for the back... I hope, I got 5 yards so it might not make it we shall see.

lookin great! I def. get the scared to "get busy" on it. Working on my first king and it's like pulling teeth! Want to finish it but so apprehensive it's ridiculous :) Good luck it's going to look great when you get it finished.
