I found the pattern, its in the July/August 2009 issue of Quiltmaker magazine........ its a beautiful quilt!!!

Thank you so much! That is exactly what I was looking for. It's called Thirty Something by Ann Champion and it's based on the flowering snowball block. I think she made the center square bigger. I love the way the circles look woven together.
