Welcome from Minnesota. You've made some wonderful quilts. I love them all. The last one really fascinates me. Are those really tiny 9 patches? The squares look about 1/2 inch finished. Love your kittens too.

Thanks for the warm welcome! The pattern of the second quilt is called "Flutter" by Robert Kaufman. And yes! Those are alternating 9 patches (2.5" finished) with solid blocks. It's a pattern from the book Radiant Sunshine and Shadow quilts. Cleaning the threads off the back about did my head in! It's a lot of tiny patches! I have only done a few basic designs of quilts on my own using the Block Fab app on my iPad. I'd love to get the EQ software and start doing some designs of my own, but I'm waiting for the mac version to become available. I'm working on a bargello design of my own for my 1 yr old daughter, but it's in the queue with so many others!

The big calico is Nicole, but we lovingly call her "Chubs". The tabby is Sascha, but we call her "Sissy".

It is amazing how "helpful" our animals can be. In spite of the 'help', you are doing fine work. I love your fairy chain quilt.
