All beautiful tops! Perhaps quilt them in some kind of loopy all over designs? Gives more movement~

No ideas for the quilting, but I love your scrappy bear claw!

Lovely quilts! Overall paterns woult work great. The quilts are wonerfully visual so no complicated quilting is needed. Let the quilt speak, not the quilting. For your sister I would do something with swirls to mimic the wind in the pinwheels. The bear paw is beautiful and anything simple would work.I like circles in circles on the leftover quilt, very nice. The broken dishes would be nice with something curvy to soften the angular points. They are all great!

I have to be honest, there are times when I hate to see people post "tell me what you think". I am not going to say anything if I can't say something positive..I love all your quilts..very good job..so glad you finished them, they will be treasures for a very long time!

Here are your pix I scribbled on. I would quilt a lot better and more carefully than I drew!

Pinwheels would get orange peel quilting.

Bear paw would get traditional Baptist fans.

Circles would get spirals.

Broken Dishes would get an overall pattern, maybe ribbons like a double meander.

Please let us see what you do with them. They are good tops. They will be spectacular quilts!

Donna - what a great helper you are...
Kelly - your scraps are bright, colorful, cheery and full of life, please show us each quilt as they are finished...

On the first one a simple stipple or meandering would look nice and would not distract from the design. Circles would look nice on the one with circles. I have to think about the others.
