    Hmmmmm.... I do believe scrappy quilts can still hold up in beauty even with all of the modern patterns. I love scrappy quilts and yours is lovely!! :D

    Sometimes those little "special" finds mean the most to me! I can never pass up something that someone so obviously put their time and work into. Lots of times I think that Mom or Grandma has passed and the relatives just haul everything off to the Goodwill with no caring or thought for what I would call the "special" things. Good for you! :thumbup:

    It sickens me to think someone could give that away. I get the same feeling when I seen an afghan tossed on the ground at a yard sale. If they are fools enough to part with it, I've got a wallet. :wink:

    Love the pillow. It's lucky you adopted it and gave it a good home! And I think your quilt is very nice with it. Looks like a cozy corner!
