I have never had anyone give me a quilt of any size before! This is a first for me!
I have already told her in a pm how much I love it and appreciate her for doing it but I will say it here as well! I just love it!
I have been a dog lover all my life so she doesn't know how perfect this is for me. Growing up I never met a dog I didn't like. My dad would have to get really strict with me (which he never did!) when we went to a friends house where there was a mean dog. Because I never saw a mean dog I only saw a dog who needed a friend! I am drawn to dogs like a dog is to a bone!!
My granddaughter Rachel is just like me. She kisses the dogs before she ever even sees us! She walks right by us to go to the dogs first!

What a beautiful quilt and how nice that "K" made it and sent it to you. I think you're very lucky :). Enjoy your quilt and show it off :)

I'm so glad you like it Rhonda - these are such fun to make - my fingers are itching to start another but I'm TRYING to make myself finish up a couple of other things first! I LOVE it when you've got all your little stacks of triangles and you start arranging them into the hexagons and seeing the patterns emerge - sometimes I even sqeal with delight, they're so pretty - my family think I'm nuts! :D
