I saw this quilt in person last year at the Tulsa Quilt show. The flowers are individually made dogwood blossoms. In person it is totally stunning. We talked a little bit to the man who made it. He had been a truck driver, and his wife was a quilter. He tried quilting and within a couple of months, sold his truck and bought a long arm, and never looked back. This quilt was made in honor of, I think, his mother in law. It is truly amazing.
