The fabric organizers are from http://polarnotions.com/ They're sturdy plastic sheets (kinda expensive) to help fold your fabric in to 'mini' bolts. The reason I wasn't using them any more is my stash has grown extensively over the past two years (this was my 2nd $1 a yd stash builder experience) With the way my closets are, the shelves are deep - every time I needed fabric I had to take half of it out to see the stuff behind it. I changed the way I folded my fabric (I now use a thick ruler, roll it, then fold in half). As a result, I can see everything all at once.

To answer the questions regarding where my friend got fabric at $1 a yd... She has a friend, who has a friend that use to quilt & doesn't quilt any more & decided to get rid of her stash! The stuff my friend Kay brought to my house was what was left after HER friend bought what she wanted!

You are definitely a winner...a great friend, super fabrics, and got rid of something you didn't need...an all around winning combination!
