    Oh!! I'm so jealous, I love Hawaiian fabric. there are so many options to make with this fabric. I would put it into a throw quilt.

    MAKE A QUILT WITH RECTANGULAR pieces......you can1- stagger each row, 2-add a plain color or black every other one. just tie it, like for a picnic, camping, etc.

    That is an idea that I didn't think of. Nice and heavy for a picnic quilt might be the ticket.

    I would cut some of the squares into triangles, and make a nine patch with the triangles in all four corners. Then make a couple of totes, if you are a quilter, you can use a solid color out of your stash for the straps. The fabric she brought back to you is very bright and beautiful. I hope you will show the pictures when you finish, whatever you decide to make.

    How about a selection of items for the kitchen. Holders , mug rugs . Table runner, tea cosy, it will be so bright and cheerful .

    I see half triangles with a neutral sea glass blue/green as the opposite or background and make a scrappy ocean waves. wonderful fabrics!
