I think it is very pretty. Quilting it may be all it takes to make you love it!

Beautiful colors and I don't see that the points aren't lining up. I think the fact that it gave you problems has clouded you liking the finished quilt. I agree with others that have said, "give it to someone who knows nothing about quilting but loves these colors and they'll never notice any problems with it and they'll think it's a masterpiece."
Stop being so hard on yourself and just enjoy quilting as a learning tool. We all have those patterns that we sware I'll never make that one again.

I have to agree with the majority here. It is a wonderful quilt! You have been examining it very close up.. I do that to my own too so I know it's hard to just ignore imperfections. Please, trust yourself in your original choices and just go ahead and quilt it. I would go ahead and finish it as the quilting can make a HUGE difference.

I think that is a gorgeous quilt. I don't see any imperfections. I love the fabrics.

i just went through the same thing! my stuff was coming together beautifully, and then boom. all of a sudden i couldn't get anything to go right! i decided it was a quilter's test. to see if we really are committed to quilting or are we just going to quit. i'm doing much better (again) and the fabrics are behaving themselves!

I did that quilt for my favorite uncle. I used solid blue as the contrasting color and it came out great.
I did find some of the jelly rolls I bought were not cut 21/2in wide but I checked that before sewing and just cut off the bad part first.
