Beautiful!! Because of the pattern you do not notice if the points are perfect. We work so close to our subject (quilt) that we see every speck that is wrong where others only see the beauty. Enjoy!!

Your points at mighty close. No one would notice but you and the quilt police, and you know they don't count. Your colors are beautiful. Love that quilt top. when it is a finished quilt, you will love it too.

As for your points not matching - I don't see it. Stand back about 10 feet - if you can't see the points that don't match, they don't exist. :)

One thing with Bali Pops, they are hand cut and aren't always exactly 2.5". The only time I used them, I matched them with strips of fabric that I had cut. With my fabric on top, I matched the left side and sewed the right side. So then any slight difference in the size of the Bali Pop was taken care of in the seam allowance. Also, bias cuts are difficult to sew without stretching. You may want to try starch or sizing on it.
Anyway, pretty quilt.

I think it looks great and your being too critical of yourself. I am like that too and when you step by, you'll see the beauty of what you made. I love the fabric and design. Also, we all learn from each project, each challenge, each mistake.

I have the same problems sometimes; it's nice to hear about the spray starch from others! I'll try it.
And yes, we need to stop being so hard on ourselves!
