I made a kaleidoscope quilt once, it was beautiful, but I will probably never make another one. The only reason I made it was because DH picked out the pattern, went to Keepsake Quilting with me to pick out the fabric, then I added fabric that I had planned to use for a blouse. My blouse fabric worked so well with the other two fabrics that he picked out, I figured why not. Then I was fortunate enough to find that same blouse fabric to use for the backing - JoAnn's had just enough fabric to use as a backing. I intended it to be for our 25th anniversary, however, it melllowed for a few years before I finished it, but he did love it.

I am curious, which Strip Therapy book it's in? I have several of them, but not all. Will have to check out the ones I have. I know what mean about your project, but it's really turning out pretty!
