I guess I really do like the pattern! I don't often make more than one of anything. A while back, someone posted one with civil war fabrics - that was very nice. I'm more into batiks myself - especially the blue/green/purple tones.
Yeah, I have a favorite pattern also, it's Eleanor Burns' Tennessee Waltz, it's ann easy pattern that looks stunning, and has a lot of different steps to it, and has large open spaces to play with. But, I haven't thought of using all kinds of different kinds of fabrics. I bet it would look great in batiks.
Good thinking! I have that pattern too. It is my favorite. Well, I also like a hunter's star and log cabin with curves.

I am so impressed. They are all beautiful. I have never made a second quilt (more than 1 quilt of 1 pattern) because there are so many I want to do. It is nice though to see the different looks.

Today is another hot one and as I opened this thread once again, your first quilt pic reminds me of a Blue Lagoon on white sandy beaches with an iced cold drink and a big umbrella in a comfy beach chair. Thanks for cooling me down. :lol:
