I ironed a piece of flowered fabric and the vase fabric on Pellon Wonder Under. I cut the vase shape free-hand and fussy cut the flowers. Then they were arranged on the background and ironed down. The backing was placed right sides together and sewn on 3 sides. Trim top corners. Turn inside out, slip in thin piece of batting and fold the bottom closed. The top-stitch 'frame' seals the bottom closed. I changed to thin thread to top-stitch the flowers as the pieces are so tiny. Bury the ends and sign the back. Ta-Da!

Thanks to all for the compliments.
