Default Made this just for fun

While my husband was on the road back in January I wanted to sew something but wasn't sure if I wanted to start a new quilt. I had been wanting to make a quilted tissue box cover for a long time and finally just grabbed 2 fat quarters and a box of Kleenex. I just quilted straight lines and made up the pattern as I went along. I would definitely add in the elastic a little bit farther apart if I make another one. It was a bit of a snug fit.

Here's the funny part. This has been sitting on top of the toilet in our main half bath for at least 8 weeks, and I don't think anyone in my house has noticed that this box is covered by fabric.

That is cute. I make some a couple of years ago as Christmas gifts for the small Kleenex box. Didn't put elastic on the bottom.

I believe I would have noticed the instant I walked into the powder room. I have done a different style but I love this one. Good Job! Thanks for the inspiration

Love it! That's the best style I've seen.
