What a sweet picture! Your granddaughter is so cute. She did a really nice job on her quilt. Great that she is getting interested in quilting so young.

Wonderful job !! What a patient mom to do this at 5. I think you may have a future Eleanor Burns.

She is so sweet! She did a great job. A future quilter in the making! My granddaughter just move back to Ca and I can't wait to get her to sewing. I have her a sewing machine ready to go when she comes to visit.

How generous is she, to give her dolly a present that she made herself! And kudos to your daughter - I'm pretty sure I don't have the patience to teach a 5-yr old to sew.

Sure hope your little one has a wonderful Christmas. She's off to a good start - doing something for somebody else is a wonderful thing.

I see a quilting buddy in your future. and I absolutely LOVE that tree. Brings back memories of how the children grow

How adorable, the quilt and the granddaughter. The bare bottom of the tree brings back memories that make me smile. However, plastic and unbreakable ornaments on the lower half help, as our cats would like to bat the ornaments off the tree and one cat liked to sleep under the tree and eat the felt appliques off the tree skirt. You never know what they're going to do. I do believe though that you have a quilter in the making.
