    Default DGS Tee-Shirt Quilt

I want to try to post a picture of the tee-shirt quilt I made for my GS. This is an experiment so we'll see what happens.

Looks like it worked, I'm excited. So the rest of the quilt story. I quilted it on my Pfaff 2134. It is all flannel other than the shirts and the two narrow borders. I used pieces from the shirts for the gray and the red borders. The gray border is quilted with red thread using the machine's feather stitch which looks similar to the stitches on a baseball to me. I used Eleanor Burns pattern for inspiration which included the suggestion to use the jersey with the buttons and neckline in place. I so enjoy looking at pictures that everyone shares and wanted to be able to do that, too.

I love it! The colours and borders give it a crisp tailored appearance.

One of the nicest T-shirt quilts I've seen! You did a great job on it!
