    Default Matchstick Stitching Zipper Bag/Pouch

    I saw this idea in a book and decided to try it. I printed out my name the size and thickness that I wanted. Then I used my light table and washable marker to trace outline of letters. I just started sewing the lines 1/2" apart, then, in-between again and again. When finished, I made a zipper bag! My daughter requested a face mask, so I'm attempting one today. We'll see....

    I think I saw Jacquie Gering teach this technique a few years ago on Craftsy, she did a lot using the walking foot.
