On my 'to do list.' Have all the strips even cut out as when I'm done with a project, whatever fabric is left over, is cut into 2 1/2" strips to use for 'something' in the future!!!

I think graphing it out on paper or computer is key to making this quilt manageable. Then just build one section at a time. None of the sections will be the same, so a design wall will be important. Maybe even pin notes to the different sections so they don't get mixed up.
If you google Maze quilts, I'm sure you'll find better instructions out there. I really just winged it from the photo and graph paper. If you like doing puzzles, you'll have lots of fun doing this quilt.
oh! I did think of one more thing. Make the white border wider than 2.5 inches to square the quilt.
