Thank you N2! I like your quilt in your profile pic. My next quilt is going to be Judy Neimeyer's 80x80, paper pieced Wedding Star. I saw it in person at Quilters Destination and it is beautiful. It is another batik quilt (which I love). With the exception of the background, you can use Bali Pops. I'm agonizing over fabric choices because it would be nice to have 2 1/2 strips already cut, but there are fabrics I like and dislike with each color category. I make myself kinda "nutso" agonizing over fabric choices. LOL

Thank you so much Sheree for commenting on my avatar. It looks big but actually the pcs are only 3/4 inch wide! All done by hand; the pcing, applique and quilting ITD. I believe I've seen that Wedding Star b4. It's breathtaking and with Bali it'll be wonderful! Know what you mean about agonizing over fabric choices - I spend more time over selecting border and binding fabrics than necessary. But you know what, it's not wasted time! That's how important it is, especially to the artist inside!!

OMG N2! All done by hand? It took me 5 years to make nine quilts!

I like you design, very different, & the colors are subtle together.

Thank you for your comments. McCommas Beauty is 85x65. And again, I have no idea how long it took to make. With the exception of the baby quilt, I did all these before having my back re-built last year. I was able to sit for hours at a time then. Now it's like 30 minutes! I would say 9 quilts in five years, probably six months.
