Your thoughtfulness will be appreciated for many years to come.

it is a beautiful quilt my nephew was killed in iraq i would love to make a quilt for his daughter i dont understand how to do the pic do you photo copy them
I love it! Memory quilts are my favorite to make! What a blessing and comfort that will be for his family!
You need an digital version of the picture and a color printer. Then open the picture in a software program (I use Powerpoint or Word). I use June Tailor or Electric Quilt fabric sheets. You can buy them online or the June Tailor sheets can be purchased at JoAnn's or other quilt shops. You feed the fabric sheets through your color inkjet printer and it prints the picture right on the fabric. Then follow the instructions for setting the ink. I prefer the EQ fabric sheets because they are a little softer and more pliable after printing. Both work well and have great visual quality.Originally Posted by jen jordan

You did a wonderful job on the quilt, althought very sad. My heart goes out to their family and friends.
Lovely quilt. The family will treasure it.
Bless you for your thoughtfulness. Since you knew them, it must have been hard for you. It turned out beautifully & I know they will treasure it forever.
My oldest is just 1 year older than Tyler would be. I don't know how I would part with him so soon; & pray I will never know that pain. Please send my kindest sympathies to the family. SO very sad.
