    Certainly looks like a real quilt to me. You have fabric, you cut it up, you put it back together and you used thread. How is this not a real quilt? I'm sure he will love it. I haven't tackled a rag quilt yet, but I sooooo want to. Yours is lovely and it looks like you have included some precious memories in it.

    That is a wonderful quilt, full of memories, will be treasured forever. And rag quilts are most certainly quilts.

    I used black Fabric. I wanted it to look like those old fashioned black photos corners you used to use in a scrapbook.
