This is a quilt I made for a dear friend. It's made from shirts that belonged to her husband, who recently passed away. It's a Rail Fence pattern, with a simple outside border.

Very pretty, I love how the colors fade into one another. I'm sure she will love it, as well as bring her much comfort cuddling up with it :)

Lovely. I really like the colors and the railfence blocks do it very nicely. I plan to do one when Mom passes. So sorry I did not put one together when my dad and aunt passed away. Your friend will treasure this gift.

Thanks, everybody! It wasn't a hard quilt to make, but it was time-consuming. I was pleased with the way it turned out. I appreciate your comments.

Thanks! I've done one "crazy quilt" style, but since the colors of the shirts were more similar, I liked the way the pattern worked with this one.
