    Mike's Brown Quilt

I made this for my eldest stepson. He's Native Alaskan so it has a lot of Native American symbols in the quilting. It's a broken dish pattern, and the quilt is 100x100.

How nice to see a "guy" quilt. All too often we make girlie quilts and then the guys in our lives wonder what's the big deal all about. (after all, its just a blanket!) Many wishes for Mike to have sweet dreams under his beautiful quilt.

What a great description of your beautiful quilt. It does have a quiet (but manly... LOL!) beauty. I know Mike will have many peaceful nights under this wonderful quilt.

Very masculine quilt. I'm sure Mike will adore it. Can you show a close up of the quilting?

It is a very nice quilt, don't know if I see anything really manly about it, unless because it is brown. I love the broken dish pattern and the colors scattered across it is very appealing. It is calming to look at.

Beautiful! It has a very subtle and soothing look. I too love brown and have made 4 quilts with brown as the main color.
