Mom says 5 stitches per edge. She also says when she has the egg cartons stacked she uses chopsticks stuck in the "mountians" between the craters to put her spool of thread on, stick her scissors and hemastats into. She will be sending me more pics when my DD goes to visit this summer and takes pics of her progress. I am trying to talk her into doing a tute for us. She only works on it when she is on the road sitting at Dr.s appts for her DH.

I would love to learn out to do that. I have a quilt that was made for me in a quilt swap that has mini flowers in but I don't think they are that small and I have been amazed by how crisp her points are in them. Would love to see this little beauty when it is finished.

Oh my goodness, I don't think my eyes can see well enough to do that, even with my glasses on. Bless her heart, it's going to be gorgeous. She must be a very patient woman.
